Despite my requests Beri, you are growing up quicker and quicker. Some of the things your dad and I don't want to forget about your ninth month are:

• the way you yell "Na na na" at us when you're angry
• you can pull up and stand and sometimes bear your weight for 3-4 seconds before someone has to catch you
• you can say "Ma-ma" although you don't know what it means
• that your hair always falls in front of your ears, earning you the nickname Liza
• you're still up 2-3 times a night which I complain about but it doesn't bother me that much, I know if you slept through the night I'd miss you
• the sound of you and Loo giggling at each other
• more teeth coming through, the bottom right and top left
• your favourite food is brown rice crispies, they are scattered everywhere throughout the house, our usually food obsessed dog refuses to eat them
• whenever I come to check on you in your crib, during the night or after a nap you are there to greet me standing up, smiling and chewing the railing
• you enjoying riding in the Snugli and vacuuming
• when you're happy you start breathing through your nose and sniffing at us, I think it's a version of laughing
• seeing you and Loo sitting side by side "reading" by the bookshelf
• we can't leave you alone for 5 seconds or you'll scurry over to the dog bowl and dump his water with a smile
• you love it when we dance with you and when we stop you start bobbing your head so we'll dance some more
• it's been warm enough a few days for you to ride facing forwards in the stroller, yesterday Loo proudly held your hand in the stroller as he marched down the road
