BAD challenge - day 2

I realized a couple things since I announced my bread a day challenge last night.

1. I didn't give a time frame but I had one in mind. So no, I'm not making a loaf of bread a day forever. Just for 7 days. 
2. Bread A Day = BAD which makes me smile.
3. I realize that a picture of a loaf of bread every day isn't that exciting and I'm sorry.

Today's bread is Flax Prairie Bread. It looks and smells fantastic. To be honest we've gorged ourselves on the bread from yesterday and I haven't cut into today's loaf. I used yesterdays bread to make the most delicious thick slices of french toast with banana and cinnamon topped with local Canadian maple syrup and local strawberries on the side for lunch today. Completely drool worthy. So the plan for today's bread is the freezer, except Loo just saw the picture and now he wants some.
